Catalyst Grants Programme

Camera Lens and Model

Let us help you to catalyse your dreams!

The Catalyst Grants Programme provides small grants of up to £500 to low-income and disadvantaged Southwark residents. Funds can be used flexibly for what people feel will make a meaningful difference to their lives and help fulfill personal goals.

Peckham Rights! has been chosen as a trusted partner organisation to allocate funds to our community. We have been awarded £5,000 to distribute to people we are working with and those in our community who can demonstrate their need and potential.  Individuals can use the funding for a wide range of educational and recreational opportunities that are meaningful for them, such as yoga or Pilates teacher training, studying on a university course, taking The Knowledge test to become a taxi driver, gym membership, therapy sessions, or art classes, etc. We want to help support your dreams!

For the individuals who we support, we will ask that you participate in our collection of case studies, which will be reported back to the funder, Impact on Urban Health (Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Charity), to fund managers, Community Southwark, and made available on our websites. This project is part of Impact on Urban Health/GSTTC’s programmes focusing on social and economic determinants of health in order to ensure longer, healthier lives for all people living in urban areas. You can read more about these programmes here.

The application process is open from 1 April 2021. To apply, please fill out the application form. If you have more questions not addressed above you can email us.
